Rates are in USD and based on per person pricing for single, double, triple, or quad occupancy cabins.
The single supplement for the Odyssey Twin Cabin is 1.5 times the published rate.
The single supplement for the Superior Cabin is 1.75 times the published rate.
The single supplement for the Deluxe, Premium Cabins and Owner’s Suites is 2 times the published rate.
The single supplement does not apply to Discovery and Odyssey Single cabins.
Card transactions are subject to a 2.5% processing fee.
Included activities (such as kayaking, snowshoeing, and camping) allow each guest to join complimentary outings. TNE will make every effort to operate each included activity at least once for guests who have signed up or expressed interest. However, due to weather conditions and the unpredictable environment of Antarctica, TNE cannot guarantee that guests will have more than one opportunity to participate on each activity.
Guests must register for the Camping Activity at the time of booking or as early as possible post-booking. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with a waiting list available. For snowshoeing, kayaking, and other onboard activities, advance sign-up before embarkation is not required.
The Day Sailing activity must be paid in full at the time of booking. Capacity is limited to 8 guests per outing, and costs USD 1,295 per person and is non-refundable.

Guests joining the Ultimate Antarctic Adventure must have a reasonable level of physical fitness. Significant mobility limitations or severe health conditions may prevent participation.
All guests travelling onboard Icebird must complete a medical questionnaire prior to booking confirmation.
Due to the remote nature and limitations of operating from a small sailing yacht, Terra Nova Expeditions and Icebird operators reserve the right to decline participation if a guest’s medical or physical condition is deemed unsuitable for safe participation.
Cabin Types:
Double Private Cabin: Guest booking Double Private will have a private double-occupancy cabin on both St. Helena and Icebird. Cabins feature two lower single beds on St. Helena and a double bed on Icebird. Both cabins with their own en-suite bathroom.
Quad Share Cabin: Guests booking Quad Share will have either an upper or lower berth in a quad cabin on St. Helena. On Icebird, solo travellers will be assigned an upper or lower berth, while two guests travelling together will share a double bed. On both vessels, cabins accommodate a total of four guests, each cabin has a private en-suite bathroom.
